Equipped with a PDA that communicates in real time with the IT system, the drivers-deliverymen directly access all the data required to fulfill their assignments.

Equipping the drivers-deliverymen with PDAs makes it possible to:

• supply them with all the information they need to perform their trip by downloading to the PDA before departure,
• improve the quality of deliveries due to better information supplied to your drivers (customer particularities, services to be performed, etc.),
• report information to the back office in real time,
• have data to inform customers about the state of their delivery,
• improve dispute management with proof of collection or delivery: photograph of the initialed collection/delivery slip for inclusion in the customer IT system, the customer’s electronic signature on the PDA with reconstitution of the collection/delivery slip,
• provide proof that your drivers were in attendance, via GPS authentication or a time-stamped photo,
• provide total traceability of the flows, and enhancement of the back office system to guide activity,
• enhance reports.
