Manufacturing process

Based on a manufacturing process controlled from end to end, IER ensures a cost-effective high-volume production of both HF and UHF tags and inlays.  

IER has equipped itself with RFID inlays and tags production systems which employ specific, cutting-edge manufacturing technologies, which now means that smart labels produced are cheaper to manufacture.

The IER production facility is equipped with high-quality equipment allowing the manufacture of millions of UHF and HF inlays, in various types of material, and the customized design of antennas adapted to its clients’ needs.

The RFID manufacturing unit, including pick-and-place equipment that applies the chip to its antenna on an inlay, offers a large production run capacity and rigorous quality controls during the production process. Every inlay is electrically tested after the chip/antenna assembly, before packaging. Any faulty inlays are automatically marked so as to allow the label manufacturer to eliminate them during the integration process.
