The RFID production unit, which comprises “pick-and-place” equipment to apply the chip to the antenna on the inlay, offers very considerable production capacities. In addition, this production unit has conversion, gluing and printing machines to produce quality RFID labels. Strict quality control is carried out at all stages of the production process.
Each inlay or label, after assembly of the chip and the antenna and conversion into a label, is tested individually before packaging. Any defective inlay is identified.
