To meet the demand of the Post Office’s International Mail department, IER has designed a logistic terminal which, installed directly on parcel loading and unloading platforms, enables the personnel responsible for parcel routing to rapidly print out, after weighing of the parcel, a self-adhesive label with barcodes guaranteeing the traceability of the parcel.

Once again, IER has designed a tailor-made solution in accordance with customer specifications.
The man-machine dialogue interface offers user-friendliness through the combination of a very high resolution flat screen and a high-sensitivity touch panel which is necessary because users in most cases wear gloves. Designed to withstand an environment in which conditions are difficult (impacts, dust and extreme temperatures), this terminal can be moved using a retractable rolling system.
