The IER Partner Program applies to Air & Ground transportation as well as Postal & Institutional markets. Over the last 25 years IER has become a world leader in providing Ticketing, Check-in and Boarding solutions for the Airline & Airport community, as well as specific ticketing or document issuance solutions to Railway Companies or Postal Organizations. Recently, IER successfully entered the self-service market with kiosks and a range of self check-in software. Simultaneously IER built a network of IER Service Centers and developed a Monitoring service from our Paris-based Support and Monitoring Center (SMC) In order to further expand our market coverage and to tailor solutions to our customer’s specific needs, while assuring the highest quality of service according to our Manufacturer’s standard, IER is now unveiling the Local Partner Program (LPP). We are looking to certify either Local Business & Service Partners (LPs) which will resell and service IER equipment or Local Service Partners (LSPs) strictly focusing on servicing IER equipment. By selecting the most skilled and customer-oriented specialists in countries where IER is not directly present, we will deliver our customers the level of expertise and the innovations that have established our reputation and helped our customers optimize their operations. The IER LPP gives partners the power to offer more value to customers. A framework for business growth, the LPP is a series of programs tailored to help our partners enhance the end-value of IER products and increase customer satisfaction. - An initial pre-selection phase - Technical and sales expectations Once a potential partner has successfully passed these two steps, the partnership will be formalized by a contract. Newly selected Partners will benefit from the IER Partner Program Kick-Off Package including pre- and post-sales training, demo equipment and marketing material. Partners will also have access to the IER partner-dedicated extranet, featuring regularly updated marketing and technical information, as well as to the IER Support Center.
